# Ad-hoc emails

In addition to scheduling and delivering reports via email or shared folders, Inforiver Writeback Matrix allows users to send ad-hoc, formatted PDF or Excel exports of the report by email to select recipients, including external stakeholders. 

This feature is particularly useful when a user needs to quickly share a report with a stakeholder who doesn't have access to the shared folder or the reporting system.
